A transaction is an entry. For example: Entering a payable is one transaction and then paying that bill is a second transaction.
Can I still get an hourly rate?
Of course, we can discuss all options and you can choose what works best for your business.
Do I have to choose one of these packages?
No, these are guidelines we can customize a value packaging price that suits your business.
What if my payroll needs to be processed outside of office hours?
Not a problem, we have a payroll expert who is available for all types and timings of payroll.
When do I pay?
Value pricing packages require payment in advance before any work will be done. Hourly clients must pay an agreed upon amount in advance and pay balance upon receipt each month before any further work will be done.
How do I pay?
Post-dated cheques and e-transfers are currently the only forms of payment available.
How often will we review my business?
As often as you like. This another part of the discussion we will have before we start.
How do you get my documents?
There are many options for this. Cloud based programs where we can share information or scheduled regular drop off or pick up times are most common.
